Happy Easter...

I was pretty excited about Easter this year. I made these cupcake pops for family treats.
They are cake balls on a stick, but look like cupcakes. Oh, P.S. They're not cupcake suckers. Try cupcake pops Jeff.

Oh, Debbie and I hung easter eggs from the ceiling at work. Almost all 250 eggs. It was pretty cool.

And here is my awesome desk where I spend 40 hours of my week at. I have an awesome collage of my favorite actors. Oh course I have Edward Pattinson because he is awesome. And I love Twilight. :) Then of course Steve Carell, and Michael Cera because they are my very favorite actors in the whole world. And they are hilarious. Oh my computer wallpaper I have Bret Mckenzie and Jermaine Clemets from Flight of the Conchords. I have never found them in a magazine or else I would have totally cut it out. But I guess they are good on my computer.

Birthday Wishes for Spencer

Let's talk about how I'm about a month late on posting Spencer's Birthday. Spencer turned 13 on March 20. Spencer is Tyler's awesome little brother. He is way funny. Who wouldn't want Spencer for an brother-in-law? And of course, Pokeball Cupcakes. They were sweet.

Tagged! 10 Things about me.

Tagged by Lataya.

Here are the Rules: List 10 honest things about yourself- and make it interesting. Dig Deep. Then Tag 7 other people.

1. I don't wear high heels. For one, they are hard to walk in. And two, I would be looking eye to eye with Tyler.
2. I get injured in the weirdest ways possible. For example: I once was playing with a yoyo. I couldn't get it to come back on up so I slammed it really hard down to get it to come back up. It came back up alright. It came up, smacked me in the eye and cut my eyelid. I've been hostile towards yoyos ever since.

3. About two years ago, I was thinking about how much I loved Polly Pockets. Not the new day Polly Pockets, but the vintage ones that are in a shape and open up, then there is a little doll to play with. Well, I got on ebay, and seriously bought a set of like 15. It was sweet. Unfortunately, they are taped in a box under my bed.

4. I'm kind of a Brown-noser. Just a little bit. Only to some people. You know.

5. I'm really obsessive. Too Obsessive. With everything. Youtube videos, Movies, candy, Websites, foods, books, everything. Tyler always tell me I am the most obsessive person he has ever met. For example, I will find a TV show I really like. I will put it on my ipod and watch it all the time. I will change my computer's background to that TV show, Get a shirt of the TV show, and often I find out what other movies, or TV shows the actors and actresses are in, and watch those movies. Oh, and buy the soundtrack. My latest obsession is with Flight of the Conchords.

6. I love love to go to the Temple. It is my favorite thing ever.

7. I played with Dolls till I was 13. Yes 13. Secrety, with 2 other friends. We had a code name for them and everything. It was like I couldn't give them up.
8. I'm kind of a Grudge-holder. I have gotten better at it. But it's definately something I have to work at.
9. I quote lines from media every day. From everything, Youtube videos, Movies, Tv Shows. Mostly from The Office.

10. I slept with a night light until I got married. Most of the time anyways. I was affraid someone would break into my house and go in my room and I wouldn't be able to see them because my light was off. It was my security.
I Tag: Becky, Amb, Megan, Ashley, Hailie, Min, and Janelle.

Bread Making Class

So Raquel and I went to a bread making class saturday night. It was really fun, I was really glad I went. A mother, Jeanie and Daughter, Mindy taught the class at Jeanie's house. With one bread recipe you can make it, and use it for everything. You can do pizzas, rolls, all types of breads, cinnamon rolls, basically anything to do with bread. The bread is called one hour bread, because from start to finish it only takes one hour. The bread contains no milk, eggs, or oil. The dough recipe itself only contains 5-6 ingredients. At the class, they made cinnamon sticks, italian bread, A cream Cheese braid, and a Pizza. The class was awesome. And... I made bread tonight! It was great! Except I don't have a mixer, I only have a hand mixer so I just had to stir it by hand. It went well though. I think tomorrow I'll try for homemade pizza.
I highly suggest going to the class.

Oh, and I start cake decorating classes on wednesday! I'm pretty excited.
