Rollerblades

I bought rollerblades. I use to ride them all the time when I was little. I was really craving riding them. So I got them in the mail today and was so excited to go ride them. I put them on and Tyler was going to skateboard aside me while I rollerbladed up the road. I put my rollerblades on and once I stood up on the cement it was like I was learning how to walk again. Tyler had to hold me while I acted as if I was trying to catch myself from slipping on a wet surface. Constantly. He made me where my helmet. I felt like I was four. My plan for the trails above our house was a little advanced for today. I just stuck with practicing in the driveway. Today I have accomplished riding across the driveway, and turning. Not yet how to brake. I guess I'll have to stick with flat surfaces until then.

This week...

This little cutie turned 6 yesterday. He's one of my adorable nephews. I can't believe he is already 6. I lived with him last summer and we'd read Wall-E before he went to bed. He's such a good reader. I can't believe it's already been a year.

Yesterday I had the day to myself. I didn't have to work and Tyler did, So I first got up and did P90X. I am so sore today from it.

Afterward, I went to the pool in Spanish Fork and tried to get a little color. It was so nice.

I then went and saw the proposal. It was so so cute. I loved it so much. I definitely am going to buy it when it comes out. Rotten Tomatoes gave it like a 49%. I don't even know why because it was amazing. I want to see it again. I love days when I just hang out with myself. I usually go up to Salt Lake and shop on days like this, but I decided not to this week. Maybe I will next Friday while Tyler is at work.

Happy Father's Day!

I hope everyone had a great Father's Day. Tyler and I definitely did. First of all, on Friday night we were just getting a couple of things. I ran into Roberts Craft to get some food coloring, then we ran over to Sportsman's Warehouse to get Tyler's Dad a gift card. We started driving when we heard this little girl yell, "Black Lab's for Sale." We drove a little bit further and then Tyler turned to me and said, "Should we get my family a dog". So we turned around and bought Tyler's Dad the cutest little black lab for Father's Day. We temporarily called him Milo until he was officially named by the Halls. He's adorable. I want to buy a house so we can have a dog.

I was actually super prepared for Father's Day which is totally not like us. I made treats, made cards, and we had the presents all taken care of. Although I didn't get my Dad's favorite treat made, Cherry turnovers. I will next time. It will be a surprise.

Hamburger cupcakes. I have been planning on making these for months beyond months, and finally I got around to it. Bakerella motivated me.

Cupcake Pops of course.

I used the left over chocolate for some solid chocolate cupcake suckers for
Kaylee and Charly since that seems to be their favorite part.

And, I made homemade cupcake card for my Dad and Marty.

Marty's

My Dad's

He totally loved it. Look at him hug it. And
he got a GPS from everyone. My parents are huge travelers
so it's about time they got one.

We spent Saturday with
my family since my parents were going to be out of town
for Sunday. We all went out for pizza and talked, and laughed.
Then Sunday we spent the day at the Hall's house. Which
is also always so fun. I love my family. I am so lucky that I was
born into such an amazing family. I love my parents and
siblings so much. Then I was lucky once again, because
I also married into the Hall family. I love them. They
are so fun, and such good people.
