Conference

I look forward to Conference every year. And every year I want to go. Tyler and I went for the first time to the October session of 2007 which was amazing as usual. It's awesome to see the conference center full of people, and we all have the same belief. I was a slacker and didn't ask for tickets in time for conference. I think we may go and stand in line to see if we can get in. I'm sure we could on Saturday. Then we could go and do something afterward.

Oh yeah, and I got some new cupcake pans which I'm pretty excited to use.

Flight of the Conchords

So I have a really big obsession with TV shows. My newest obsession is with Flight of the Conchords. I don't know. This may be my ultimate favorite TV Show Ever. My number 1. It's just too clever. In the TV Show they sing songs. Which basically is what makes the show so funny. They will be in a certain situation, and then sing a song about it. But it's not lame like a musical. It's not suppose to be serious. It's funny. Well... They are coming in concert in May. I think I should probably go. If I don't I'll regret it.

So I am super behind on the Blogging. First off Adam's Birthday was on Feb 20.

What do these look like?

I made Adam some sushi cupcakes. Only three. They took forever to make. the outside, or the sea weed is Maná which is a marzipan substitution. It tastes like Sugar cookie dough. Then the cupcake inside is chocolate with cream cheese frosting. The fish in the middle is swedish fish. And of course, there is sprinkles covering the entire cupcake to resemble rice. I think next time for the Sea Weed I am going to do green fruit roll-ups instead. It would be easier.

And on March 8 was Alyssa's birthday. She turned 16. Which was pretty intense. Ronda, my mother in law, made her an amazing peach pie with cream cheese in it. It was delicious. And I made her some cookies and cream cupcakes. Her party was fun. I love my in-laws.
