Fall Fall

How I love Fall. I am so glad the leaves are changing colors, and it's almost Jacket weather. I love driving down roads that have huge trees lined up right next to each other.


Not to mention Halloween. I think this year I am going to make a halloween tree, and hang Halloween Hallmark Ornaments from it. In fact, I think I am going to have a Halloween Party this year. I'm not sure what will happen during this party. Maybe just a bunch of food.

Thanks for stopping by the ol' blog! I am glad you see you and Tyler got married and are doing well. After Adam and I dated for 3 years we finally sealed the deal! About time right :) (You know how that is too I am sure.)

See, we went to an all inclusive resort for our Honeymoon and because I had been so good (diet wise) before the wedding I ate like a pig on the Honeymoon. I think gaining weight totally comes with the ring...before or after the wedding. I lost 20 before my wedding and then gained 25 in the first 3 months. Worst feeling ever.

Dan, my Total Health and Fitness miracle man, said it can take people up to 6 months to get their metabolism back to normal after doing HCG. All it does is put your body in starvation mode and you have no choice but to lose weight. Don't do it.

Total Health and Fitness is $60 a week and you go for as many weeks as it will take to lose the amount of fat you want. A little expensive but TOTALLY worth it. It is a lifestyle change not a diet. It is something that changes your eating and exercise habits for life. LOVE IT!
